The journey begins with sourcing premium materials from US lumber suppliers. The 2ft x 4ft x 1/2-inch Baltic Birch plywood provides an ultra smooth playing surface. Solid Poplar provides a sturdy structure for the frame. Next, our team of craftspeople print and assemble your new Star cornhole boards. They are then placed in well-protected and sturdy packaging. Stylish American Cornhole Association packing tape adorns the outer perimeters of the box. All this care takes place in our Ohio manufacturing and warehouse facility.

Due to the wood grain and base, accuracy of detail and color of designs may vary. Please design with this in mind, keeping elements larger and as much contrast between lights and darks as possible.

If you are uploading photography or non-vector artwork (e.g. JPEGs), please make sure they are no less than 96dpi (ideally at 300dpi). If your designs are a mix of photography and design, make sure the embedded photographs used are above the recommended pixel sizes. Due to the variance in our fabric textures, please keep elements large with as much contrast between lights and darks as possible to retain best clarity.

UPLOADING FILES

In the customize panel you will see and click the "upload image, pdf, eps or ai" icon. Once you read and accept our trademark and copyright print, you will have the ability to upload and adjust your artwork to fit your product accordingly within the app.

Yes. Custom boards are built using the same materials, construction methods, and quality standards as ACA’s non-custom boards. Customization only affects the artwork—not the way the boards are built or how they play.
Custom designs are available on select ACA board models, including Star Boards and Versatex® All-Weather Boards. Custom Star Boards retain their classic wood construction and playing feel, while custom Versatex® Boards feature the same all-weather composite surface and outdoor durability as standard Versatex® boards.
You’ll use our customizer tool to create or submit your design. Our team then reviews your design and sends a digital proof for approval. You can request edits to the proof until it’s approved, and production begins only after final approval.
No. Many customers submit logos, photos, or simple ideas. ACA provides design guidance throughout the process, and we regularly work with businesses, organizations, and event planners on larger custom orders to ensure everything looks right before production.
Because custom boards are made to order, production times are longer than standard boards. Current estimated timelines are provided on the product page or during checkout.
