The journey begins with sourcing premium materials from US lumber suppliers. The 2ft x 4ft x 1/2-inch Baltic Birch plywood provides an ultra smooth playing surface. Solid Poplar provides a sturdy structure for the frame. Next, our team of craftspeople print and assemble your new Star cornhole boards. They are then placed in well-protected and sturdy packaging. Stylish American Cornhole Association packing tape adorns the outer perimeters of the box. All this care takes place in our Ohio manufacturing and warehouse facility.

Due to the wood grain and base, accuracy of detail and color of designs may vary. Please design with this in mind, keeping elements larger and as much contrast between lights and darks as possible.

If you are uploading photography or non-vector artwork (e.g. JPEGs), please make sure they are no less than 96dpi (ideally at 300dpi). If your designs are a mix of photography and design, make sure the embedded photographs used are above the recommended pixel sizes. Due to the variance in our fabric textures, please keep elements large with as much contrast between lights and darks as possible to retain best clarity.

UPLOADING FILES
Select the custom product you are ordering. Click the "Customize My __" button and our Zekeke customization tool will open up. In the customize panel you will see and click the "upload image, pdf, eps or ai" icon. Once you read and accept our trademark and copyright print, you will have the ability to upload and adjust your artwork to fit your product accordingly within the app.

Custom Boards
The boards came quickly, and the logo looked great. The boards are sturdy, and so far have been working well. I'll update the review - if needed - after our season is over and we've played 15-20 hours or so, but I'm anticipating these to hold up well given how sturdy they were out of the box.

Great Customer Seevice for a Great Product
I had made a special order for custom printed boards showing my companies” logos for a national conference I was attending. When the boards arrived, the outside of the package was slightly dented. Upon opening the package, I found that there was a pretty significant dent on one side of one of the boards and a dent on the top side of both boards. Even though it was a special order, and I only had a few days before the conference, the customer service team was able to duplicate the order and get them shipped to me while I was processing my shipping insurance. The boards arrived literally two hours before I had to leave for the conference and they ended up being a huge hit!

Sadly I wouldn't recommend
I purchased specialty boards. They came quickly. So quick in fact the boards weren't pollyd at all nor were the holes sanded. Ruined a new set of bags first toss. I expected better quality from such a reputable company.

I apologize, if you were under the impression they were. As for the hole not being sanded, this definitely should have been sanded. They are sanded by hand before every order. This must have been missed or not done well enough and I sincerely apologize. Simply the best!
We love playing cornhole as a family! The kids love playing with their friends, and it is often the preferred game at bbqs and camping. Building a cornhole set is not all that difficult. But what you get from ACA is simply beautiful, and the fact that they print directly on the wood surface makes these boards unique. The boards are designed and constructed perfectly. Honestly, these boards (and the bags are perfect!) are next-level and worth every penny. I splurged for the carry bag, and am glad I did.
