Popular board designs are kept in inventory while others are made-to-order and produced in the order received. Cornhole bag orders are typically fulfilled the same business day if received by 2:00 PM EST, though peak seasons may add processing time.

What is your fulfillment time for custom products?

Custom boards and bags typically take 7-10 business days from initial conceptual discussion to production, plus 2-3 business days of standard production time after artwork approval.

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Yes, orders can be canceled by contacting service@playcornhole.org, though exclusions apply if the product has already been produced as a made-to-order item.

How do I store my cornhole boards?

Store boards in a cool, dry place such as a basement, garage, or recreation room away from water or humidity. Cornhole board wall mounts can keep boards off the floor and away from pests or water damage.

How do I clean my cornhole boards?

Wipe boards with a damp cloth after every use, and use warm, soapy water when a deeper clean is needed to keep the playing surface and frame in good condition.

How do I store my cornhole bags?

Store bags with your boards in a container or drawstring tote. Keep corn-filled bags in a cool, dry place, since they can attract wildlife outdoors; all-weather and Synergy Pro bags use resin pellets and don't carry that risk.

How do I clean my cornhole bags?

Wash bags with warm, soapy water. All-Weather and Synergy Pro bags may go in the washing machine, but corn-filled bags should never be machine washed, and bags should air dry or dry on low heat only.

What cornhole products am I able to customize?

ACA currently offers customization on a select group of best-selling cornhole boards and cornhole bags.

Can I have two different designs on my cornhole bags?

Yes, Synergy Pro and Synergy Edge bags allow customization of the front and back, which is then applied to a full set of four bags.

Does ACA offer design services?

Yes, ACA's in-house design team helps customers create their design during the ordering process and will follow up shortly after the order is placed.

How long till I receive my custom cornhole products?

After placing a custom order, a design proof is sent for review and approval; custom pieces typically arrive 7-15 days after approval.

When is the corporate sales team available?

The corporate sales team is available for inquiries Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm EST.

Do you offer corporate/bulk discounts?

Eligibility for current corporate programs can be confirmed by emailing the corporate sales team.

Do you accept tax exemption certificates?

Where does the ACA ship?

ACA ships to the lower 48 states, with international shipping to Canada. Hawaii and Alaska customers should contact support before ordering, and shipping rates there are calculated by the carrier at checkout.

Orders are fulfilled in 1-3 days, then typically arrive 3-5 days after fulfillment. Custom boards and bags follow a different timeline due to the required art approval step.

ACA provides a thirty-day warranty against defects, with one replacement item supplied per claim upon photo verification. Collapsible legs and center supports on full-size boards carry a separate 1-year parts warranty.

What is your Return Policy?

Defective or incorrect items require picture verification within the 30-day warranty window. Custom cornhole products are non-refundable due to the pre-approval process; other products may be returned at customer expense subject to a restocking fee.

Do you want to host a cornhole tournament?

ACA doesn't have the resources to host tournaments directly, but provides a Tournament Guide PDF and an official ACA mobile app for registration, scorekeeping, and bracket management, plus a national tournament database for listing events.
